Broad ligament hernia (primary)
Broad ligament hernia occurs when small bowel protrudes through a fenestration in the broad ligament. These defects may be unilateral or bilateral, and congenital or secondary. Congenital (primary) defects in the broad ligaments are peritoneal developmental defects.

Laparoscopic Three-Port Sleeve Gastrectomy
Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy has become the most common bariatric surgery performed around the world.
3PSG appears to be a safe and feasible technique for performing sleeve gastrectomy in expert hands. it appears to have significant benefits, mainly patient satisfaction and potentially less pain.

Acute appendicitis with perforation
#appendicitis can sometimes be complicated by “rupture” or perforation. In these cases, the stool contents within the #appendix leak out into the #abdomen . This results in an inflammatory reaction by our body in an attempt to “contain” the spread, creating abscesses.

Closure of mesenteric defect post LRYGBP
Closure of mesenteric defect and Petersen's space post LRYGBP.
internal hernia (IH) and Petersen's space hernia are caused by the herniation of intestinal loops through the defect between the small bowel limbs, the transverse mesocolon and the retroperitoneum, may happen after LRYGBP if these defects are not closed during the primary surgey.
chronic and intermittent abdominal pain, especially in LUQ, and also nausea especially after meal, can be a presentation of IH after RYGB and OAGB . Up to 20% of IH could have normal findings in CT scan and small bowel series , so in high suspicious conditions for IH, as the same as RYGB, prompt explorative laparoscopy is necessary for the achievement of definite diagnosis and appropriate treatment to prevent possible serious complications.

Ruptured ectopic pregnancy..
Tubal rupture (or rupture of other structures in which an ectopic pregnancy is implanted) can result in life-threatening intraabdominal hemorrhage. Rupture may present with severe or persistent abdominal pain or symptoms suggestive of ongoing blood loss.
Rupture can result in severe internal bleeding, shock, and, rarely, death of the woman.

Laparoscopic adhesiolysis.
Laparoscopic adhesiolysis after right oophorosalpingectomy,
Adhesions are normal response of the intra-abdominal organs after surgery, infection, injury (trauma) or radiation.
Laparoscopic adhesiolysis is a minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of chronic pelvic pain and infertility. Laparoscopic adhesiolysis is a safe and effective treatment for recurrent small bowel obstruction.

Gastric plication reversal.
laparoscopic Gastric plication reversal,
in greater curvature gastric plication, the stomach is folded, or plicated, inward along the greater curvature. by removing the sutures and adhesiolysis, the total plication reversal can return the stomach line to its original size.
Any other bariatric procedure can be performed afterward as indicated.

Laparoscopic gastric greater curvature plication (LGGCP)
Laparoscopic gastric greater curvature plication (LGGCP).
the stomach is folded in on itself and sutured (stitched) to make it smaller and shorter. This procedure reduces the amount of food your stomach can hold and helps you feel full faster and stay full longer. (stomach size reduction).
Results of gastric plication surgery depend, to a great extent, on the patient's weight before the operation and the lifestyle after the procedure. patients usually lose up to 55% of their excess body weight within the first 2 years after gastric plication surgery.
Unlike the gastric sleeve procedure, gastric plication may be reversible because a portion of the stomach is not removed.

laparoscopic liver hydatid cyst excision .
laparoscopic liver hydatid cyst excision, located @ 6th segment of the right liver lobe.
The hydatid cysts of Echinococcus granulosus involves the liver (50–70 percent) or lung (20–30 percent), may infest any other organ, including brain, heart, and bones (less than10 percent).
Symptoms of disease are often absent, usually detected only incidentally by imaging studies in many cases.
Laparoscopic hydatid cyst surgery with albendazole therapy,
The aims of surgery are complete evacuation of the cyst contents with removal of the germinative membrane. without spillage, followed by sterilization and obliteration or drainage of the cavity.
