Thoracoscopic Intercostal nerve Schwannoma resection. استئصال ورم عصب وربي بتنظير الصدر
Intercostal nerve schwannomas, are also called intercostal neurinomas or neurilemmomas. They are well-encapsulated benign tumors of the intercostal nerve sheath. The differential diagnosis should include the pleural tumors. The treatment of choice is a surgical resection of a tumor (Thoracoscopy).

A procedure called a sympathectomy can treat excessive sweating in the hands and underarms. This surgery involves cutting and sealing a portion of the sympathetic nerve chain that runs down the back inside the chest, parallel to the spine. Thoracoscopic Thoracic duct ligation
Thoracoscopic thoracic duct ligation for Chylous fistulas after neck surgery.
The thoracic duct is isolated low in the chest within soft tissue between the esophagus, aorta and azygous vein overlying the vertebrae.
The patient made uneventful recovery with complete resolution of chyle leak.

Pulmonary Metastasectomy
Pulmonary Metastasectomy.
Treatment of pulmonary metastases may include chemotherapy, immunotherapy or radiation therapy, or a combination of these. Surgery may be an option if there are a small number of lung metastases and there are no metastases in other parts of the body. Also, surgery would only be used if the main cancer is under control.

Thoracoscopic talkage, Pleurodesis is a procedure that prevent recurrence of pleural effusion by inducing adhesions between the parietal and visceral pleura. so that fluid or air no longer builds up in the (Pleural space).
The most common indication for pleurodesis is a malignant pleural effusion, which is typically refractory. Other indications for pleurodesis are recurrent pneumothorax and recurrent pleural effusions
